Equivalent quote scope
Use a zero-gravity massage chair quote checklist
Normalize the chair, quantity, destination and evidence fields before comparing price. A blank answer remains open; an alternative belongs on its own line.
Complete four blocks before comparison
Define
Describe intended channel and use. Identify whether the request concerns a commercial showroom chair, compact retail or ecommerce configuration, or a facility placement subject to additional access and review constraints.
Specify
List massage track and mechanism, recline or zero-gravity sequence, chair and user-fit dimensions, power input, controller, upholstery, accessories, assembly and any required variant boundaries.
Quantify
State pieces by configuration, sample quantity, US destination, target timing and whether the optional budget is per unit or for the whole order. Keep currency and delivery basis explicit.
Document
Request model identification, manual, label, electrical information, carton details, assembly instructions, component list and any evidence needed by the buyer or qualified reviewer for the intended use.
Keep evidence and approval traceable
Record inputs
Preserve the buyer's original brief, accepted alternatives and unanswered items. Do not fill missing dimensions or functions from a different chair listing.
Check references
Use public product-family materials only to identify useful fields. Note the source and its limitations; it is not proof of our inventory, authorization or a candidate's exact product.
Request confirmation
Ask the supplier to tie each answer and document to its offered manufacturer and model, and to disclose exclusions, separate charges and changed requirements.
Approve
Have the buyer and relevant specialists review samples, evidence, total procurement scope and unresolved risks before confirming the configuration or supplier.
Send one comparison-ready requirement
Include chair specification, pieces, US destination, timing, budget basis and requested exact-model files.
