This policy explains the information requested by the business procurement form and the limited browser storage used by this website interface. It does not state that a production inquiry endpoint or notification workflow has been independently verified.

Information you choose to submit

The form may request name, work email, company, telephone and procurement requirements. Your requirement may include chair configuration, mechanism, dimensions, user-fit parameters, recline, power, controller, pieces, destination, timing, packaging, assembly, samples and document needs.

Optional preferences

If browser scripting is available, optional product, target budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis and high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided supplier preference are appended to the existing requirement field at submission time. The original textarea remains visible and is not overwritten. These preferences are not supplier ratings.

Browser storage

The sourcing-benefit interface uses local browser storage to keep a nonrenewable first-display time for no more than seven days and session storage to remember that its ticker was closed for the current session. This interface storage is separate from procurement-form submission.

Sharing and retention

Information should be used to evaluate and coordinate the requested sourcing task and may need to be shared with relevant supplier candidates or service providers. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Retention and disclosure may also be required by applicable law or for security and dispute handling.
